A New Year’s Resolution for Filipino Writers

As we step into 2026, Domz and I want to start with two things: thank you—and we’re sorry.

Thank you to everyone who visited FilipinoWriters.com, shared our content, and believed in what this site was meant to be.

At the same time, we apologize for not writing as much as we should have. That’s especially hard to admit because this site was created to be a resource for Filipino writers who want to earn a living online—and consistency matters when people rely on you for guidance and inspiration.

FilipinoWriters.com started as a pet project with a lofty goal: to help Filipino writers get noticed by showcasing their work at its most creative and authentic.

The idea was simple—let potential clients discover writers not just through resumes or job platforms, but through real writing that shows voice, skill, and personality.

Over time, work and family naturally took center stage in our lives.

That’s the honest truth.

While priorities shifted, this site quietly waited—and we hate that we weren’t able to give it the attention it deserved.

So, here’s our 2026 promise.

This year, we commit to writing at least one article per month.

That should be doable, right?

More importantly, we hope to invite more writers to contribute—helping fill this space with diverse voices, ideas, and styles. Our goal remains the same: to make this site a place where Filipino writers can be seen, discovered, and eventually hired by clients who value good writing.

FilipinoWriters.com isn’t just a website—it’s a reminder of what’s possible when creativity meets opportunity.

Once again, Domz and I would like to say thank you, and we wish everyone good luck, growth, and success in 2026. Happy New Year to all Filipino writers—may this be the year your words open doors.
